American Express still offers a $25 American Express Gift Card for free when you load $200 or more on an American Express Prepaid Card. That ties our mention from last week and the second such offer we've seen for these prepaid cards. (We saw a free $10 gift card with a $50 AmEx prepaid card for new members only last week, since expired.) The gift card will ship in around six weeks. Deal ends August 31.
