Google Chrome Beta web browser released
Google released a beta version of its open-source Google Chrome web browser for PC. (A Mac version is also in development.) Our favorite feature: Each tab is run as a separate process on your computer, so if one crashes, it doesn't bring down the entire browser. (We use a lot of tabs.) It also features an Incognito mode, where no personal information is retained. This extremely long comic illustrates many of the other features.
