I don't have a phone with them but I have a couple of their WiFi hotspots on the free plan. One is 3G only, the other is 3G/4G LTE. Both are on Sprint network and work wherever it can get a signal. I'll admit that, after 2 years, I haven't had a billing issue after canceling all of their upsells/add ons/markups. I didn't use one of them for about 3 months so I had to go online and tell them to activate it again, no charge. Just saying.
