The New York Times reports that AT&T is set to raise the price of its Express DSL Service by $5 next month, making it $24.99 per month.
Before this happens, existing customers can upgrade to Pro DSL, which currently costs $24.99 per month, and have that price locked in for one year. That's like getting upgraded service for free for one year.
