Starting June 1, as part of the Borders Summer Reading Double Dog Dare promotion, children age 12 and under that read ten books during the summer qualify to receive one book (from selected titles) for free via this printable form. That's tied with Border's reward from last summer as the best such program we've seen from this merchant. In order to receive a free book, a signature from a parent indicating the completion of the summer reading challenge is required. Promotion expires September 5.
