Today only, IKEA is running a BYOF (Bring Your Own Friends) Day in-store at various locations. RSVP via Facebook to receive a printable coupon for a free IKEA reusable blue bag and free small breakfast before 11 am. Other promotions vary by location but include free food samples, free coffee, product discounts, and the chance to win a $200 IKEA gift card. (Choose your nearest store from the drop-down menu.) Plus, home furnishing and Life Improvement seminars will be held throughout the day. That's the first such offer we've seen from IKEA and looks set to yield strong discounts in-store. (We saw an offer of spend $100 on home furnishings to dine for free in January.)
Of note: IKEA will donate $1 to Save the Children Early Steps for School Success Program for each RSVP to BYOF Day.
