Circuit City files for bankruptcy
It's official: Circuit City has filed for bankruptcy. The retail giant is in the process of closing 155 stores (out of over 700).
A reader provided us with a list of all closing stores.
dealnews strongly recommends that readers avoid gift cards or mail-in rebates backed by bankrupt retailers. (This doesn't include rebates from the manufacturer.)
