(Some exclusions apply, including athletic shoes.) Together, that's one of the best sales we've seen on shoes from JCPenney in recent months and yields several price lows. Opt for in-store pickup to avoid the additional shipping charges, which start at $8. Sales tax is added where applicable. Note that sizes may be very limited.
