That a 5% increase over our last several mentions of this coupon and the largest percent-off discount we've seen on these items from Dell Financial Services so far this year. Shipping starts at $17.99 and sales tax is added where applicable. Dell refurbished computers are covered by a 100-day Dell warranty.

That's also a 5% increase over our previous mentions of this coupon (which required a higher minimum purchase, too) and the best coupon we've seen this year for use on these items.
