While not as good as last week's sale, which took an extra 30% off, it's still among the best we've seen from Express in recent months. Shipping starts at $8 and sales tax is added where applicable.
A best bet is the Express Men's Lightweight Hooded Parka (pictured) in Olive for $79.99. In-cart, it falls to $63.99. With $8 for shipping, that's $142 off and the lowest total price we could find. It's available in sizes S to L.
