Buy.com offers Electric Spin's Golf Launchpad Golf Simulator for Windows, Mac, and PlayStation 3, model no. LPTVP3-US-G1, bundled with Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2008 for $110.99 with free shipping. That's $29 under our March mention of the simulator alone and the lowest total price we could find.
Designed for use with EA Sports' Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003-2009, the Golf Launchpad allows you to use genuine golf clubs to control the game. Features include a shock-absorbent hitting surface overlaid by artificial turf (replaceable after you've decimated it), tethered ball, and integrated capture net. Note that ceiling divots aren't usually covered by insurance.
Also note that it's not clear what platform the Tiger Woods game is for.
