Hobby Lobby cuts 40% offone regular-priced item via coupon code "3090". That's tied with last week's mention as the best discount we've seen from Hobby Lobby. Shipping starts at $5.95. Some exclusions may apply. Deal ends July 5.
Of note, in-store shoppers can get the same discount with this printable coupon.
Sounds like many here don't care for facts, including Hillary Clinton...Hobby Lobby already provides 16 of 20 possible uses of pregnancy prevention. So to to say they don't provide for women is inaccurate. Of course some will fuss if they don't get everything they want. The Supreme Court is only upholding the RFRA that was passed in 1993 under Clinton.
I'm going to respect DealnewsMatt and ask we debate this somewhere else if you'd like. @neckbeard - they aren't denying healthcare... Good grief. @duh1030 - you are just reinforcing my comment that most of you ARE ignorant and hateful. If you don't want to shop there then don't! We don't need to hear about it. Just don't go. Goodness! I'm going back to the deals. You guys have fun.
Count me as another who will never step inside or support a Hobby Lobby corporate person again. Denying healthcare to women because of a for-profit corporate 'person's' belief is simply ridiculous and out right discriminatory.
This court decision opens the flood gates for all sorts of similar challenges, and everyone here needs to make note of each and every discriminatory claim and vote accordingly with your almighty dollar.
Hello dear readers. I just wanted to politely point out that this is just a post about a coupon code, and that somewhere else out there, in the gloriously vast expanse that is the internet, there certainly exists a more relevant context in which to have this discussion.
Hahahahahaha... Yeah, Jesus doesn't mention abortion in the bible. What about 'thou shall not kill'? Too funny. As for the company not imposing their religious beliefs on their employees... Well, it would be different if people got jobs there not knowing what their beliefs were. HL does not hide the fact that they are a Christian company... So if you don't like it, guess what? Find another job! Also... Just because HL is choosing not to cover it with their insurance, does not stop anyone from going out and buying it on their own, should they decide they want it.
So much ignorance and hate. @greg. You would sorely lose your bet. I feel sorry for all of you. It must be so awful to get up each day and have to live with such hate and self perceived superiority. I love you all. Hope you have a blessed day.
Dutch tolerance (new amsterdam) vs. british puritans (plymouth)....nearly 400 years later, these two forces have crystallized and play out daily like a football match. The winner is not as important as the story; the play by play. "Another day, another dollar."
I think it's a safe bet that everyone defending Hobby Lobby here (and Chick-Fil-A when that was in the news) is boycotting Ben & Jerry's and were angered by the Supreme Court's decision last year that the federal government must recognize same-sex marriages performed in states that allow them.
Hey tj, here's the thing. It's not as clear-cut as you claim it is. Cases that are heard by the Supreme Court typically involve laws that seem to be contradictory, and this decision was approved by the smallest majority of justices, 5-4. And one Supreme Court can overturn a decision by an earlier Supreme Court. For example, in 1896 the Supreme Court ruled in Plessy v. Ferguson that "separate but equal" laws were constitutional but in 1954 the Supreme Court ruled otherwise in Brown v. Board of Education.
Hey claw, here's the thing they are following the law, in fact the Supreme Court just determined that they are. You might want to encourage that guy in the White House to follow his LAW, as he seems to have no problem changing Obama care over and over again despite the fact that the executive branch is bound by the constitution to enforce the law as written by the congress.
