That's among the best such offers we've ever seen from PayPal for Home Depot purchases. (We briefly saw a $10 coupon offered yesterday.) You can pay via PayPal in retail stores using either a cell phone number and pin that you set up after adding the coupon to your account at the link above or a PayPal payment card that can be mailed to you at your address.
