Took me a couple hours to assemble. I've put together one for myself and one for a relative. For its price it's a no lose situation (aside from the few hours of assembly). The color peels off here and there, don't put any tape on it and expect to pull of only the tape :)
To sum things up. It's a pain to put together but it's very sturdy useful and it looks nice.
