(Or orders over $50 bag free shipping.) That's the best clearance sale we've seen from JCPenney in recent months. (We saw up to 60% off plus an extra 30% off clearance items in October.) Sales tax is added where applicable. Sizes may be limited in select styles. A couple of best bets:
