Amazon offers preorders of the Neogeo X Gold Game Console for $199.99 with free shipping. (GameStop charges the same with free shipping via coupon code "SAVER", although sales tax is added to more locations.) That's the first such offer we've seen for this recently-announced console, which isn't available for preorder elsewhere. It includes 20 Neogeo games and can function as a handheld system with its 4.3" LCD or as a game console when connected to a TV and using the included joystick. This item is due for release on December 6.
