New from Apple: iPod nano with video camera, 8GB for $149, 16GB for $179 (updated)

Today, Apple introduced the new iPod nano. It now features a built-in video camera, microphone, speaker, and FM radio to go along with a larger 2.2" display. The 8GB model costs $149, while the 16GB model costs $179, both with free shipping. Each comes in nine colors and is available for ordering now.

Update: The camera features a 640 by 480 resolution and captures up to 30 fps with AAC audio.
