(We saw this model new in December for $250, since expired.) It features an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, 8.9" 1024x600 widescreen LCD, 512MB RAM, 8GB Solid-State Disk (SSD), 0.3-megapixel webcam, 802.11g wireless, flash card reader, and Linux OS (not Windows).
