Well, it's for the getaway car for when you drive off after getting married. So they figure instead of sloppy chicken scratch of "jUst MAriEdd! !", you could display this fancy printed sign AND advertise for them by showing their logo at the bottom right

from a marketing standpoint this is not weird at all. clearly if someone is settling down and getting married then they are also probably going to buy a house and have 2 cars to insure. smart for progressive to get in on the ground floor with a newly married couple.
