A dealnews exclusive! MegaMacs offers the factory-refurbished Apple iPad 64GB WiFi Tablet in Black, model no. MB294LL/A, for $339.49. Coupon code "DealNewsiPad" cuts it to $319.49. With free shipping, that's the lowest total price we could find by $14 and the least expensive Apple-refurbished and warrantied 64GB iPad we've seen. This 0.5"-thick tablet weighs 1.5 lbs. and features an Apple A4 1GHz processor, 9.7" 1024x768 LCD touchscreen display, 802.11a/n wireless, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, accelerometer, compass, up to 10 hours of battery life, and more. A 1-year Apple warranty applies. Deal ends February 15.

This is Alex from MegaMacs.
These do indeed have a 1 Year AppleCare Warranty, they are sealed in the Apple Certified Refurbished box and are exactly as they would be if you ordered directly from Apple themselves! It's a rare chance that we are able to offer something like this at such a great price so I can understand your skepticism!
And you are correct, these are 1st Gen iPads which cannot run iOS 6, however they are still quite powerful and can run the vast majority of apps and features. I would suggest anyone who is looking to purchase an iPad to look into the differences between iOS 5 and 6 to determine if they can use the 'older' OS and save a significant amount of money!
Also, the merchant's site says this is a first-generation iPad, which, AFAIK, can't run iOS 6.
