Glorified Walmart or no, this Sam's Club deal set a record for LivingSocial — $8.6 million sold in one day.

I don't know what Sam's Club rumrunner is talking about, but mine is not even close to being a "glorified Walmart." There are certain things I get there that I can't get anywhere else. Even as a single person, I truly benefit from my Sam's Club membership from office and pet supplies to grocery and personal items.

Anyone remember when Sam's was a true warehouse club and you could get really good one time deals there. Now they are just a glorified Walmart with coupons and discounts and rebates. :(
