Tried to order this TV thru Dell. Order was "cancelled" on us twice even after talking to the sales manager in Manila (that's right I said Manila), he supposedly reprocessed the order, never happened. Called back to see what was up and the customer service staff informed us there was "nothing she could do for us...sorry". We have stellar credit and have had no problem with any purchase from anywhere in the 10+ years we've been married, so that cannot be an excuse. Go ahead and order this if you want to deal with the worst customer service I've ever experienced....overseas. Maybe they cancelled the order since we didn't apply for Dell financing...done with Dell products for good.
