Staples trimmed its price on the Samsung CLP-300 Color Laser Printer to $219.98 with free shipping. This $150 "Easy Rebate" (paid via a Visa Prepaid Card) chops the net price to $69.98. That's $10 under last week's mention and the lowest total price we've seen. Sales tax is added where applicable. Features include a maximum resolution of 2400x600 dpi, 17 ppm black, 4 ppm color, 150-sheet paper tray, and USB 2.0 connectivity. It works with Linux out of the box (as well as PCs and Macs).
