A recall has been issued on over 600,000 Mr. Coffee single-cup coffee brewers in the United States and Canada due to a potential burn hazard. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in the affected machines, a buildup of steam can force the brewing chamber to open and expel hot coffee grounds and water.
