Amazon is taking preorders for SimCity: Limited Edition for Windows for $59.99. Coupon code "CAGROCKS" cuts it to $44.99. That's the lowest price we could find by $15. Sales tax is added where applicable. It will be available to download on or around March 1 at 2 pm ET.

I'm not seeing anything that says it will be available for download on the 1st. Everything that I am reading says March 5th.
