For Club Fondue members at The Melting Pot, donate $10 to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and receive a $20 Fondue for the Kids Gift Card and $20 Fondue for the Kids Bonus Card for free. (After donating, you will receive an email containing a digital copy of each.) Both cards are valid for $20 off future purchases of $50 or more. That's the first such gift card offer we've seen from this fondue restaurant. The bonus card is good through December 7 and the gift card is valid from January 2, 2013 to August 31.
