Up to 960 Blockbuster locations to close by 2010
Blockbuster plans to close down up to 960 of its retail locations by the end of 2010, reports CNET. Meanwhile, another 250 to 300 locations may be converted into outlet stores. Currently, 18% of Blockbuster's 7,000-plus rental stores are unprofitable.
