Starting January 30, Sirius XM Satellite Radio will offer access to 60 satellite radio channels for free. That's tied with our November mention as the best free access offer we've seen from Sirius XM that doesn't require signup for a trial. (Trials also require cancellation before they end, otherwise users are charged monthly access fees.) Deal ends February 12.

I'm not sure of the circumstances surrounding the other commentor's assertion that this is a scam. However, our radio works just fine. You don't need to call just tune into one of the 60 channels that are free. It's really basic, but it beats listening to the local radio stations. We planned on renewing our subscription after the 12th, since they offered us 70% off prior to the free two week access.

Called customer service to turn on my radio and was told my radio does not apply and they tried to sell me a subscription. SCAM!
