Fry's Electronics offers the Western Digital VelociRaptor 300GB 10k rpm Serial ATA 3.0Gb/s Internal Hard Drive, model no. WD3000GLFS, for $179.99 plus around $7 for shipping ($0.62/GB). (In-store pickup is also available.) That's $3 under our mention from earlier this week (which was after rebate) and the lowest total price we've seen. Sales tax is added where applicable.
