Nordstrom continues to cut 33% to 65% off women's dresses, with prices starting at $14.97. Plus, all orders qualify for free shipping. Although not quite as good as our October mention (which had lower starting prices), it's still one of the better discounts we've seen on women's dresses at Nordstrom in the last year. (We saw up to 75% off last August.) Sizes are limited and sales tax is added where applicable.
A best bet is the Bailey 44 Women's Print Window Pane Dress in Red/Black (pictured) for $109.20 with free shipping. That's $73 off list and a very low price for a Bailey 44 dress in this style. It's available in sizes S to L. Update: The price has since dropped to $70.90 with free shipping.
