At Dell Small Business, a reader spotted the Dell Inspiron 1150 Celeron/2.6GHz notebook with 14.1-inch XGA display, 512MB RAM, 40GB hard drive, 8x DVD-ROM, and Windows XP Home for $699 before a $100 mail-in rebate, $599 after, with free shipping. (It's the second from the right.) It's the lowest price we've seen for an 1150-series Inspiron with these specifications.
