The iPhone 5C has dropped to $0 with a 2-year contract, and if all you want is an iPhone for cheap, then that probably seems appealing. But whatever you do, do not fall for it.

Today, Apple introduced its newest product category, the Apple Watch. This wearable device features a custom-designed S1 chip, Digital Crown control, flexible Retina Display with "force touch", haptic feedback, inductive charging, gyroscope, accelerometer, and four LED lenses which can detect the user's pulse rate.

The Apple Watch (which requires an iPhone) will be available in three different collections – the Apple Watch which is made of stainless steel, the Apple Watch Sport which has an aluminum case, and the Apple Watch Edition which touts an 18k gold case. Each is available in two different sizes and includes your choice of one of six unique straps. The Apple Watch will cost $349 and will be available in early 2015.

Apple cut its prices on its previous-generation iPhone models. The iPhone 5c 8GB is now free with a 2-year contract. Or, choose the iPhone 5s 16GB for $99, while the 32GB model costs $149. That's $99, $100, and $150 off, respectively, although we've seen the iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s 16GB models for less in the past month. (It's an all-time price low for the iPhone 5s 32GB.)

Apple unveils iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, priced from $199 and $299 w/ contract

Today, Apple unveiled its two newest iPhone models, the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus. Each features the new Retina Display HD; the iPhone 6 has a 4.7" 1334x750 (greater than 720p) screen while the iPhone 6 Plus steps up to a 5.5" 1920x1080 (1080p) display. (Both are larger than the 4" screen of the iPhone 5s.)

They're powered by the next-generation A8 processor and are thinner than previous models. Other new features include an M8 motion coprocessor (for measuring distance and elevation changes), barometer, 150Mbps LTE with Voice over LTE (VoLTE) support, 802.11ac wireless, upgraded 8-megapixel iSight camera with flash (with optical image stabilization for the 6 Plus only), and new FaceTime HD front-facing camera.

With 2-year contracts, the iPhone 6 16GB model will cost $199 (64GB and 128GB models will be $299 and $399, respectively) while the iPhone 6 Plus 16GB model will cost $299 (with 64GB and 128GB models clocking in at $399 and $499.) Preorders will begin on September 12 and the phones will be released on September 19.
