Smart Bargains cuts up to 92% off a selection of men's, women's, and kids' watches, with prices starting at $9.99. Plus, all orders receive free shipping. Although not quite as good as our mention from three weeks ago, when we saw up to 94% off, it's still among the best percent-off sales we've seen on watches from Smart Bargains.

That's one of the best offers we've seen on clearance items from this merchant in recent weeks, although we saw an extra 50% off clearance items plus an additional 15% off in March. (We also saw 40% off sitewide, including clearance, with free shipping three weeks ago.) Shipping adds $7 and sales tax is added where applicable.
