Staples.com posts Cyber Monday Sale: Refurbished HD DVD Player for $50, more

Staples.com released the deals (not yet active) that will run in its Cyber Monday Sale, which begins at 12:01 am ET on Monday. (These are not active yet.) ~~A best bet is the refurbished RCA HDV5000 HD DVD Player for $49.99. That's the least expensive HD DVD player we've seen by far.~~ (This was incorrectly listed as an HD DVD player at Staples.com; it's actually the RCA Upconverting DVD Recorder, model no. DRC8052. That's still a good deal, but it doesn't play HD DVDs.) Plus, shipping is free for all orders. Other deals:
