With about $12 for shipping, that's $59 off and the lowest total price we've seen for any Core 2 Duo–equipped VAIO notebook since April. (It's also $124 under the best deal we could currently find for a similar, factory-sealed unit.) Features include an Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 2.2GHz dual-core processor, 15.5" 1366x768 widescreen LCD, 4GB RAM, 320GB 5400 rpm hard drive, Blu-ray reader / DVD burner, 802.11n wireless, webcam, flash card reader, and Windows 7 Home Premium. A 90-day warranty applies, although it's unclear who backs it. Deal ends August 20.

Of note, PC Micro Store also offers an open box version of this notebook for $588.04 with about $12 for shipping. It features a full 1-year Sony warranty.

It's two days til Christmas, but it's not too late to order gifts online. These 77 stores can still ship a gift for arrival by Christmas Eve. Deadlines start at 9 am ET but go as late as 6 pm ET (at Amazon.com) or even later.
