Motorola RAZR V3 Camera Phones

Amazon.com offers the Motorola RAZR V3 Bluetooth Camera Phone, in Special Edition Black (pictured) or the standard silver, from Cingular for $149.99. A $150 mail-in rebate chops the net price to $0. It's still the lowest total price we've seen. Features include a slim 0.91"-thick aluminum and magnesium case, digital camera with 4x digital zoom, speakerphone, 3.26-oz. weight, 360-minute talk time, outside color display, quad-band GSM, and voice memo. Rebate ends September 7. Of note, Simply Wireless charges the same net price, but it has a higher pre-rebate total.
