Ohio AG sues OfficeMax for missed rebates
The Ohio
Attorney General's office sued OfficeMax last week for alleged
failures to honor mail-in rebates and provide rainchecks
for out-of-stock items, reports CBS MarketWatch. The AP reports that the attorney general received over
100 complaints in the last two years, that the Better Business
Bureau processed 718 complaints in the last three years, and that the BBB gave OfficeMax an unsatisfactory rating in Cleveland, a former location for its headquarters.
