Now that we're ringing in the New Year, we took a look back at the dealnews archives from 2010 to relive the most popular deals of the year. We were a little surprised by what we found! While Black Friday deal announcements made up a large portion of page views, the most popular deals based on our internal tracking of "hotness" were spread throughout the year and across a variety of stores. What does that say about shoppers and their preferences? Perhaps that a lot of people are curious about big sales events, but really go nuts for a big price drop on a single item.
Here's our countdown, but before you get too excited by any particular deal, remember that all of these deals are expired:
