Let's forget all the controversy surrounding the world of cycling, and focus on the purity of the sport; cruising along on a bike can be an exceptionally healthy, relaxing, and enjoyable activity, and luckily we've got great bike deals to make that possible, including the best price we've seen on a Mongoose 26" men's mountain bike. Looking for more pedal power? Be sure to check out our daily bicycle deals.

We also like the Nashbar CX1 Cyclocross Bike for $599.99 with $39 s&h. Be sure to check out all the Nashbar bikes on sale.

Is It Worth It?: Like smartphone apps, robot vacuums, and escalators, folding bikes rank as one of those cool things that just make life more convenient. And here comes a bike deal, at $400 off, that puts more bills in your billfold; it also ties our February mention as the lowest total price we've seen. This 18-speed bike features a foldable steel frame, Shimano rear derailleur, suspension fork, and more.

  5. InStep Quick N' EZ Double Bicycle Trailer
    Store: Amazon
    Price: $89.99 with free shipping

Consider this 33-lb. collapsible stroller a much safer and smarter option. It supports two children (up to 100 lbs. total weight) and features an attachment for most adult bicycles, 16" quick-release wheels, canopy, and more.

Hi there hairylunch (what a name!), we did in fact list a Cyclocross bike. It's part of the Nashbar sale.

The headline is very misleading, as cyclocross refers to a specific type of bike (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyclo-cross_bicycle), and tehre are no cyclocross bikes in the listed deals . . . it's like having a heading of "New running shoes to help you get fit" and then having a page listing flip flops
