While dismal job creation news has been the big headline this week, there is some good news out there. Our friends at Milo.com have dug through some data and found out that incomes are up over the first three months of the year. And with people making more, they're spending more.
What are we spending more on? The top increase goes to gas, and it's not such good news that you can attribute that jump to higher prices. But also up is spending on building and garden materials (go green thumbs!) and sporting goods, hobby, music and book stores (go iPad lovers and weekend warrior jocks!).
