For Costco members only, Budget takes up to 35% off most car rental rates via offer code "W852873". Plus, coupon code "MUGZ041" stacks to drop an extra $40 off car rentals of 5 days or more. If that's not enough, participating locations drop the additional driver fee. That's the only stacking discount offer we've seen from Budget. It's valid for rentals through June 30, then again from August 15 to September 30.

Note that you'll need to show your Costco membership card at the time of rental.

Budget Truck Rental takes 25% off time and mileage charges on local rates from Sunday to Thursday via coupon code "MID25". (Scroll down and click "Moving Truck Rental" under "Featured Products" to see this deal.) That's the best discount we've seen from this merchant since this time year. Rates may vary by location and a 24-hour advance reservation is required. Optional products such as damage waivers, insurance products, GPS units, and other product services may apply and are extra. Offer ends May 23.

Alternatively, Budget Truck Rental takes 20% off time and mileage on all personal moves, local and one way, any day of the week via coupon code "20DIS". Coupon expires May 29.
