The Walmart TV deals we've seen so far in 2024 have included more Samsung sets than at this point in 2023. For example, Walmart has already taken up to 50% off a range of Samsung TVs this year. We've also seen a wider range of discounted sizes, with deals on 32"-85" sets so far in 2024, compared to discounts on 32"-75" TVs at this point last year.
But the year is still young, so we're waiting to get a full picture of the 2024 Walmart TV deals versus the 2023 TV offerings. If this year is anything like the last, Walmart will discount TVs throughout 2024, including around shopping holidays like Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We've found that Black Friday is consistently the best time of year to buy a TV.
How Do TV Deals Compare In-Store vs. Online?
The Walmart in-store TV deals are largely the same ones you can score online, and that holds true for other retailers, too. You may remember the days of people waiting in line early on Black Friday to score in-store-only doorbuster deals, but retailers seem to have largely moved away from that practice.
