Presidents' Day: Monday, February 19

There are always monster sales around Presidents' Day at all the major retailers. This is of course true for Sam's Club too and alsoLowe's, who is known to have a great sale around this time too. This is the time to get all your DIY home improvement shopping done.

Easter: Sunday, March 31

Sam's Club is closed for Easter. Be sure to get your eggs for dyeing and hiding beforehand. If you don't have time to shop early, you'll still be able to snag some Easter candy, décor, and outfits at the likes of Target. Check their holiday schedule before heading over.

Mother's Day: Sunday, May 12

Halloween: Thursday, October 31

The most significant distinction between holiday shopping and regular shopping lies in the major sales events that coincide with holidays. Christmas, Independence Day, and Black Friday have transformed from mere family gatherings into frenzied discount shopping sprees in order to secure the best deals on goods.

Sam's Club Return Policy

They have a pretty sweet 100% satisfaction guarantee. Returns can be made in club or online, and refunds are issued as cash or credit, depending on your original form of payment. Online orders can be shipped back, but in-club purchases must be returned back to the physical club, not online. Sam's Club will refund or credit shipping and delivery charges only in cases where the return is due to an error by Sam's Club or if the item was damaged during shipping. This flexible return policy does have exceptions however so take a look at the limitations listed below:

• Most items can be returned at any time if you're not satisfied.
• Electronics and major appliances have to be returned within 90 days.
• Motorsports items and commercial heavy equipment have a 30 day return window.
• All types of cell phones need to be returned within 14 days.
• No returns are accepted on: gift cards and prepaid cards, tickets, custom-made items like personalized gifts and photos, purchases made through the Sam's Club Wholesale Trading Program, and prescriptions.
