Price Match Policy

HP will price match the pre-tax price for comparable products available at nationally recognised online retailers. You’ll need to contact them at 1-800-888-0229 before you make your purchase in order to apply for a price match. At that point, an agent will verify the information you provide. HP will not honor a competitor’s price if it involves the use of a coupon or other special discount.

Return & Exchange Policy

The HP Standard Returns Policy states that most products are eligible to be returned within a window of up to 30 days from delivery. The exact eligibility will vary depending on the product or product type. Only items purchased from the HP Online Store or by phone can be returned — meaning that any items obtained from the HP Parts Store, HP Technical Support, HP Retailers, HP Software are not eligible.

Price Adjustment Policy

HP offers a price protection policy for goods that have changed price after you purchased them.
