Price Match Policy

Advance Auto Parts offers a Price Match Guarantee online or in store and will match the price of competitors. The policy applies to identical or comparable products with the same price at a qualifying retailer at the time the match is requested. To request this, you can show the item on your mobile device or in a printed ad. An online match must include the cost of shipping.

The same policy applies to their own pricing, which may differ online or in store. A customer that places an order online for in-store pickup will automatically get the lower price. If a customer prefers to buy in store, the online price will be matched if it is lower.

Return Policy & Exchange

New, unopened products can be returned to a store within 45 days of purchase and a refund will be given with proof of purchase. Without a receipt, a credit will be issued for the lowest selling price in the last 45 days. A list of products ineligible for return is maintained on the website.

If you have a defective part, a return will be considered if you bring it to the store along with the receipt within 45 days. Or, the Limited Warranty Policy may apply, which would replace the part if you bring it to the store within 90 days, or longer for some products. (You can check your receipt for the warranty period.) Be sure to save your receipts in case this will be needed.
