Of note, this game requires a free Steam account to play.

As one of its daily deals, 13Deals offers the Kaos Tie-Not Water Balloon Filler for $5.99 with free shipping. That's tied with last week's mention and the lowest total price we could find by a buck. This balloon filling tool attaches to any garden hose and features a tie and twisting mechanism. Deal ends May 25.

Toys "R" Us takes up to 50% off select items as part of its Memorial Day Sale. (It also offers a range of 2-for-1 and dollar-off deals, and clearance apparel is discounted by up to 70% off.) That's one of the best sales we've seen from Toys "R" Us this year. Shipping starts around $5, or get free shipping on orders of $79 or more. (Most orders also qualify for in-store pickup.) Choose from such brands as Skylanders, Power Wheels, Disney Princess, Beyblades, VTech, and more. Deal ends May 27.

Meritline offers the My Workshop 40-Piece Tool Table Play Set, model no. 23933, for $24.99. Coupon code "MLCKB24UNL1" cuts it to $19.99. With free shipping, that's $10 under the lowest total price we could find for a similar toy tool table elsewhere. It features 40 pieces including pliers, a hacksaw, and drill gun. Coupon expires after 100 uses.

In addition to the Xbox One's built-in Blu-ray drive, extensive cloud capabilities, and its ability to pipe in live TV from cable providers and the Internet, it will actually still play video games. And while we have yet to find deals on Microsoft's latest and greatest console, we did round up these video game deals for Wii U, Xbox 360, and PS3.

As one of its daily deals, Best Buy offers Halo 4 for Xbox 360 for $17.99 with free shipping. That's $6 under last month's mention and the lowest price we've seen. (It's also the lowest total price we could find today by $10.) Deal ends today.

Xbox LIVE Marketplace offers downloads of Alan Wake for Xbox 360 for $4.99. (Scroll down to see this price.) That's the lowest price we could find for this download by $2. Deal ends May 27.

Gearbox Software offers SHiFT Codes that unlock Golden Keys for use on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, or Mac versions of Borderlands 2 for free. That's tied with yesterday's mention of a similar offer (still active) and among the best offers we've seen for these codes. Each Golden Key allows you to access in-game items. The codes:

(The game is added to your cart automatically.) That's $17 under the lowest total price we could find for the pair purchased separately elsewhere. GameStop cuts 15% off orders of $69.99 or more via coupon code "15RED". (Items must be in stock.) That's among the best coupons we've seen from GameStop in recent weeks, although we saw 25% off purchases of $99 or more three weeks ago. Shipping starts at $5.99, but orders over $75 receive free shipping. Some exclusions apply, including hardware. Coupon expires May 28.

Groupon offers the LEGO Star Wars Darth Maul Key-Ring Light for $3.99 plus $2.99 for shipping. That's pennies under our January mention (which included more characters) and the lowest total price we could find by $4. It features arms and legs and LED lights. Deal ends May 26 at 1 am ET.

For in-store pickup only, Toys "R" Us offers the Playskool Kids' Busy Basics Step Start Walk 'n Ride for $10. That's the lowest price we could find by $29. This 2-in-1 activity toy is suitable for ages nine months to three years.

GameFly cut prices on a selection of used video games, as listed below. With free shipping, most titles below are price drops from our mention from three weeks ago and each are at least $5 under the lowest total price we could find for a new copy. The deals:

Xcceries via eBay offers this 18" Unicycle with Stand in six colors for $40.90 with free shipping. That's $2 under our March mention and the best price we've seen for this unicycle. (It's also $9 under the lowest total price we could find for a comparable 18" unicycle today.) It features saddle guards, a skid-proof tire, and is recommended for riders under 132 pounds and between 53" to 65" tall.

Humble Bundle offers downloads of Alan Wake: Collector's Edition for Windows bundled with Alan Wake: American Nightmare for Windows for whatever you want to pay. If you opt to pay the bare minimum of one cent, that's the lowest price we could find for these games by $40. If you choose to pay more than $1, you'll get Steam keys for the games in addition to direct downloads. Your contribution can be donated to charity (Child's Play or the Electronic Frontier Foundation), the developers, or both. Deal ends May 29 at 2 pm ET.

Walmart takes up to 35% off select swing sets, with prices starting at $99. That ties our mention from a week ago (which had prices starting at $129) as the best sale we've seen on these items at Walmart this year.
