It's free to sign up for a 90-day trial; otherwise, shipping adds $6.50. That's the lowest price we could find by $5, outside of the mention below. It features a color-changing dot that indicates when water is too hot, contoured headrest, non-slip surface, and suction cup for hanging to dry.

A close price: Walmart has it for $13.03 with Site-to-Store pickup.

Sam's Club offers its members the Night Therapy 13" MyGel Prestige Memory Foam Mattress and Bed Frame Set in California King, model no. SC-MGM-13C-SET, for $692 plus $53.03 for shipping.
