The Dress Outlet cuts 10% off a selection of Formal, Prom, or Bridesmaid Dresses via coupon code "Prom13". Prices start at $53.99 after coupon and all orders receive free shipping. That's tied with our mention from last week and yields several price lows.

A best bet is the Women's Sweetheart Strapless Fitted Short Prom/Cocktail/Dance Dress in six colors (Charcoal pictured) for $69.99 before the coupon, $62.99 after. With free shipping, that's $7 off and the lowest total price we could find for this style. It's available in XS to 3XL, although not in all size/color combinations.

Boscov's takes up to 78% off select women's dresses, with items starting at $19.99. (Click "Ladies", "Dresses & Suits", and "$29.99 - $39.99 Dress Sale" to find them.) That's the first percent-off discount we've seen on dresses from Boscov's this year, and yields several price lows. (We last saw 50% off all dresses at Boscov's last summer.)
