With $2 for shipping, that's tied with our expired mention from five days ago and $17 below the lowest price we could find for a refurbished unit, although we saw a refurb for $9 less after rebate last week. It runs a heavily-modified version of Google's Android OS and sports a dual core processor and 7" 1024x600 IPS display.
