As a result of a class action settlement, customers who purchased select Johnson & Johnson Bedtime products may be entitled to a refund of $3 per item. The settlement is in response to a lawsuit alleging that Johnson & Johnson mislabeled its products as "clinically proven" to help a baby sleep better. Customers are eligible for a cash payment of $3 per item for up the five items without proof of purchase ($15 max) and up to 10 items with proof of purchase ($30 max).
To qualify, you must have purchased Johnson's Bedtime Baby Bath, Baby Lotion, Baby Moisture Wash, Baby Bedtime Washcloths, or Baby Bubble Bath & Wash between July 1, 2010, and August 31, 2016: Additionally, the products must have been labeled, marketed, and/or advertised as "clinically proven" to help baby sleep better or to be used as part of a "bedtime" or "nighttime" routine.
